★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the service and staff here! Very accommodating and I've never had a problem booking a last minute appointment (during the week, of course). I've had several massages by multiple staff members and I have no complaints. Clean, discreet, and impeccable service and always with a smile. Even great with young girls for manicures! (Daughter is almost 5)

Karine was very informative on the electrolysis and Minoo is the cutest lady I’ve ever met! I’m super shy and introverted, they brought out the talkativeness out of me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time there getting waxed, I was so nervous before getting started but Merriam was beyond professional barely felt any pain, she took her time kept talking to me to distract me, which I totally appreciate. The staff was extremely friendly and very professional. If you’re a guy or a woman wanting to get waxed for the first time I totally recommend this place for you I already booked my second appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 6 weeks up north in -40, I called last minute to book some pampering. Ive been to the spa for massages with Helen (the best!) but I had never tried anything else.
I spoke to Natalie who went over and above to coordinate all the treatments I wanted. Facial by Marrianna was flawless and relaxing. Pedicure by Maria (she has a magical technique with the pumice thing because normally I hate that part and she made it comfortable!) And a beautifully meticulous manicure by Lauren. Cant thank everyone enough for a great day during a busy holiday time!!

They really have an amazing customer service and genuinely care about customer satisfaction! They took the time to reach out to me and ask why I was not completely satisfied and offered to rectify the situation. I went back for a follow up and I am very satisfied with the results this time! I can already see a HUGE difference in how clean my face is. Also, the products that they use for the facial are simply amazing. I even got a chance to speak to the esthetician who did my facial the first time and she was super understanding. I definitely recommend and will be coming back for more facial treatments!
ORIGINAL POST:
It was my second time at West spa last Saturday. I absolutely love the atmosphere, everyone is so nice and helpful BUT. The first time I got a massage from Juliet (she's amazing) and went back this time for a massage and a purifying facial. The massage was excellent so was the facial while it was happening. However, it's been two days since my face healed and now I can see that BARELY ANYTHING was removed. The only area that has been properly cleaned is my nose, but there is so many impurities that have been left out that there is literally no difference to what it used to be. I'm really disappointed as I was expecting to get a good cleaning for 125$ but it was kind of a waste. The woman who did it was really nice and knowledgeable though, but I'm really sad that I didn't get the service that I paid for.
