★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car has been sitting in their parking lot for the past two months and still no repair is being done. Lots of ping pong from the dealership to Acura Canada. No one is taking responsibility. No customer service is offered.
Only buy Acura if you think you'll never need no after-sale service.
No call backs when they promise to give me an update by the end of the week. Loaner car is non existant so be aware!
When the manager tells you "The waiting could take another two weeks OR another two months" when they've ALREADY told you the same two months ago.
Possibly FOUR MONTHS of waiting or MORE to get your car back???
I would give 0 star if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're very dishonest. I asked them to tell me the price of everything before they did any type of service on my car and they proceeded and did maintenance anyway. Take your car there only if you have no other options. $300+ to change break lights and to tell me what is wrong with my trunk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today to see a used car(2017 Acura ILX) and my experienced was really great! I ended up buying it.The sales man(Maxime) was very helpful and his manager too. They were very professional. Thanks also to Coraly for helping me out with financing. I can’t wait to pick my car and hopefully they will fix all the issues with it. I’ll put another review for the update. Thanks again Acura brossard team.
Update: after few weeks of driving the car, the was running smooth like new and the dealer took good care of the car! Awesome team in acura brossard! Thanks guys!
