Acupuncture Traditional Chinese Medicine Center ( Zhiheng Li C.M.D . Dr. Ac) - Saskatoon

I am so happy that I found Dr. Li and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Centre! I have suffered from debilitating anxiety for much of my life. I was a little skeptical before my first appointment, but after the first treatment, my anxiety was gone. I've now had to adjust to life with little to no anxiety, and every day feels like Christmas morning ?. I wish everyone with anxiety knew about this. It has completely changed my life. I feel like the person I was before the anxiety took my life away from me.

I had been suffering with head to toe itching skin and restless legs for about 8 months and was unable to find any treatment that helped resolve the problems. I approached Dr. Li about trying acupuncture. Over a 3 month series of sessions, my restless legs were cleared up and so was most of the itching skin. I have continued with additional treatments of 2 sessions a month to make sure none of the symptoms reoccur. Dr. Li's acupuncture treatments have been instrumental in helping me return to a normal life.

I've suffered from TMJ disorder for longer than I can remember, and have tried a number of different treatments. After my first acupuncture treatment with Dr Li I thought my face was numb. Then I realized I didn't feel any pain or tension for the first time in over 20 years - I couldn't believe it! The ringing and echo in my ears (from TMJ) has also gone away. Nothing short of a miracle! <3

Decided to give acupuncture a 2nd try over here because of tendinitis in my shoulder. I tried everything else(physio,chiro,acupuncure) and nothing seemed to really help. After my 1st treatment, i was surprised and really really happy with the results. The acupuncture with deep muscle stimulation was awesome. Less pain and more mobility in the shoulder. Definitely coming back for more treatments

I couldn't function, couldn't drive, do household or yard chores. absolutely no noise, wind made headaches unbearable, couldn't be a passenger in a vehicle going down rough roads, wasn't able to go for a walk or even outside. The pains was extreme. I would get headaches from 3-14 days. I was told about Dr. Li by a friend so I made an appointment. After the first visit I found some improvement for the pain. I now have had 9 appointments of acupuncture and it is remarkable of the headache pain improvement. I would say I'm at about 70% pain free. I am getting back to normal life tasks and chores this is wonderful. I can drive again. I'm so grateful for Dr. Li. I recommend anyone with any pain of any kind go see Dr. Li. He's a miracle Doctor for me anyway. Dr. Li's rating is 10/10 plus.

At first sceptical I did book for a treatment. One year again I was intubated and on life support for 39 days due to a severe Covid infection. As a result I am still recovering and healing. One of my ailments is neuropathy in my hands and feet. My first treatment was a bit traumatic as every needle sent my body into jolts of electrical release. Dr Li said that he does not often see someone in my state and that my nerve system was on high alert. After the treatment I noticed little except that I was very fatigued. I went back for a second treatment last week. He focussed on my worst neuropathy in my right leg and foot. He explained that we needed to address one problem first. That is when a miracle happened. One single needle in the back of my knee area created a beautiful explosive warming feeling as my leg and foot came back alive. I have not felt my foot for an entire year! And it didn’t just last for a few hours. For an entire week my foot and leg were better. Today I returned for treatment number 3. He worked on both legs and both hands. I now have feeling in both feet. Not 100 percent but I’d say about 80 percent of normal. He also did three spots on each hand. My hands also came alive but in a deep aching way . Tonight I cooked without dropping or fumbling a single thing. I often drop things or hurt myself. What has happened is miraculous. Just like me surviving the worst from Covid. If you are skeptics like me I encourage you to open your mind and follow his lead. His wife is also a very kind soul and their combined happy energy makes you feel alive as you enter the doorway. I came for a pregnancy related sciatic pain. I tried physio, massage, chiropractor and none of them helped. I came to Dr. Li and within one treatment, the pain was 90% gone. I could walk and function without the pain stopping me. I am absolutely amazed and would recommend coming to see Dr. Li.

I have a Sciatica problem down my right side. I first went to Dr Zhiheng in 2014 when I had sharp pain the sometimes dropped me to my knees, after 2 treatments they were gone and I was good until this year when I started to have pain again, although not as severe. I went back to Dr. Zhiheng 3 weeks ago and after 1 treatment I have not had any pain for 3 weeks. I will continue to go to him so I have a pain free summer. I highly recommend Dr' Zhiheng and would also say anyone who is wary of needles I can attest to the fact I do not feel the needles going in, it is pain free. I only feel the Great results that is why I am writing this recommendation
