★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see Elizabeth Dahl, and she is AMAZING. I have back problems and she always makes sure to ask questions before starting to see what needs to be addressed, and which areas are sensitive. She always makes sure to give me stretches to do at home. I love that she does deep massages, it's not those pansy feather dusting massages that don't help at all. She also makes sure to remind me to tell her if the pressure is too much/too little which I like, because with others it's awkward when you have to keep bringing up "hey uh... can you use more pressure?" constantly. She does a wonderful job, and I fully recommend New Leaf Kinetics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with AC joint seperation lately, so my back and neck muscles got supertight and painful to protect my joint. I went to New Leaf Kinetic Arts and Nina gave me an amazing massage, she also used cupping therapy to release my muscles. I couldnt be happier with the outcome. I was painfree right after my session. So I decided to pay her a visit on a regular basis as I tend to get tight quickly. Thanks Nina.

This is definitely my go to place when I need an adjustment or my muscles are tight which they also help with injury prevention as well. Highly recommend coming here! (Especially to all the aerialists in the city)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Nina for a few years now and find her deep tissue massage and cupping to my neck, shoulder, and back area, to be a treatment that always loosens, and gives me more flexibility in those areas. The range of motion in my neck improves after her healing hands work on me and the tightness in my shoulders and upper back eases considerably. I trust her her ability to hone in on the areas of greatest need in any given session.

I've struggled for years with pain in the upper back and shoulders, from both previous injury and working out. Every appointment he makes it a point to ask me what I would like to focus on, what hurts, and his treatments are precise and effective. I've never had this type of relief in the past! I've recommended him to friends and family and they have all agreed that he is one of the best!

He helped me with a very painful frozen shoulder when no other treatments were working as well as rehabilitation for a fractured wrist. The best in the city!!
