I rented out my last unit with a different company and when I got my new unit I thought about it renting it on my own then someone from here contacted me showing me the same exact paperwork as the other company, the contract looked shady and tampered. Do not trust wolves in sheep's clothing!

I was referred to Active and I found a property within 72 hours. The leasing agent I corresponded with was very professional and courteous to my specific needs. Whether you are looking to be a tenant, and/or, a landlord, I strongly recommend Active. I literally moved into a bigger unit, paying $200 more per month, and my landlord is amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brett was my agent that helped my find my apartment and I'm way too happy with the location, the safety of the building, the apartment and everything. I would highly recommend using Active Property Management! I would also highly advise using Brett as an agent he was very helpful with answering and questions I had, he gave me a ton of information about local stores, good local restaurants, Cafe's and anything else I needed in walking distance! I have recommend Brett to all my friends and family members!
