★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jess LaFramboas is irresponsible agent and it is very hard to communicate with him. Be careful that you take your camera with you and take evidence of everything what is wrong in the house. After your lease is up he will charge you for damage that was already in a house. I was tenant and I lost my damage deposit. He wanted me to pay for mold damage that was already in unit. I had to start dispute resolution to protect my self.
Be aware of this tricky not trustful agent !!!!!
