Processus simple rapide et la comptable qui s'est occupée de moi m'a même récupéré mon T4 que j'avais perdu. Merci pour le suivi et votre patience c'est sur que je reviendrai vous voir l'année prochaine.
 This is my first year at Acomptax and I am 100% satisfied. I used the online service so no need to travel. Quick simple process and the accountant who took care of me even got my T4 back that I had lost. Thank you for the follow-up and your patience is sure that I will come back to see you next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon commentaire concerne le comptable Issam Barhoumi opérant pour le compte d'Acomptax. Je vous déconseille fortement de faire appel à ses services. Son manque de rigueur a engendré des bloquages avec Revenu Quebec et j'ai du " terminé le travail". Quand j'ai recontacté Monsieur Barhoumi, ce dernier a passé plus de temps à rediger des emails de mauvaises fois plutot que de m'aider à resoudre le probleme. Il va sans dire que je ne suis ni satisfais de la prestation ni de l'expérience client.
My comment concerns the accountant Issam Barhoumi operating on behalf of Acomptax. I strongly advise you not to use its services. His lack of rigor caused blockages with Revenu Quebec and I had to "finish the job". When I contacted Mr. Barhoumi again, he spent more time writing bad emails rather than helping me solve the problem. It goes without saying that I am neither satisfied with the service nor the customer experience.

What a pleasure to do business with Issam from Acomptax! He is fast and patient at the same time! I am self-employed and I am sometimes a little lost. Issam is always there to help me and guide me through the procedures, both for the GST/QST and for my personal taxes and those of my husband. Issam who manages everything for us!
