La personne au téléphone était très désagréable, n'a fait que me rediriger vers le site web en me disant "vous remplissez les infos, puis vous payer ce qu'il y a de marqué". J'ai demandé qu'elle était donc leur valeur ajouté à n'importe quelle soumission d'impots surtout du fait des circonstances actuelles et déductions possibles suite au télétravail, ce à quoi elle m'a répondu "Bin on a un logiciel qui fait ça..." quel professionnalisme ! J'ai évidemment coupé court à la conversation. Je ne recommande absolument pas ! I called to get more details on the services they offer. The person on the phone was very rude, just redirected me to the website and said "you fill in the info, then pay you what is marked". I asked that it was therefore their value added to any tax submission especially because of the current circumstances and possible deductions following teleworking, to which she replied "Bin we have a software that does that ... "what professionalism! I obviously cut the conversation short. I absolutely do not recommend!

On m'a bien expliqué les opérations effectuées et la logique derrière les résultats. De plus, je trouve les tarifs très raisonnables, compte tenu surtout du temps qu'il m'aurait pris pour comprendre moi-même comment faire pour inscrire les informations appropriées. Je n'ai aucune hésitation à dire que je vais revenir avec mes rapports d'impôts à faire dans les années à venir et je vais en parler à des personnes de mon entourage qui sont à la recherche d'un conseiller de ce genre. I am completely satisfied with the work done at Impôt Laplante. The service was professional, efficient, and courteous. I was well explained the operations carried out and the logic behind the results. In addition, I find the rates very reasonable, especially considering the time it would have taken me to figure out for myself how to enter the appropriate information. I have no hesitation in saying that I will come back with my tax reports to do in the years to come and I will talk to people around me who are looking for such an advisor.

Grande déception! Beaucoup de roulement, beaucoup de clients, et très peu de focus sur les détails des dossiers... For years we did our taxes there, and we had to redo them by someone else to realize that there were BIG oversights. Big disappointment! A lot of turnover, a lot of clients, and very little focus on the details of the files...

Nous découvrons des erreurs dans ce rapport ainsi que dans celui de 2019. J'ai reçu un bon remboursement suite à cet appel. Après avoir laissé 2 messages sur le répondeur je n'ai jamais eu de retour d'appel. Quand j'ai réussi à parler à quelqu'un la personne était vraiment désagréable et je ne pouvais voir personne au bureau. Aucun regret d'avoir changé de place. I do not recommend Impôt Mathieu Laplante. I am appealing to the government for information on my 2020 tax report. We discover errors in this report as well as in the 2019 report. I received a good refund following this appeal. After leaving 2 messages on the answering machine, I never heard back. When I managed to talk to someone the person was really rude and I couldn't see anyone in the office. No regrets to have changed places.

Obligé de revoir tout le dossier avec un autre comptable qui nous explique que beaucoup de choses n'ont pas était faite correctement. Obligé d'appeler revenue Québec et canada pour avoir des informations correcte. Et même eux nous disent que sa n'a pas était fait correctement et que l'année prochaine je devais prendre un autre comptable pour faire correctement les démarches et rattraper leurs erreur commise. Très déçu de leur part. A big communication problem! Does not respond to our requests. Obliged to review the whole file with another accountant who explains to us that many things were not done correctly. Forced to call Revenue Quebec and Canada for correct information. And even they tell us that it was not done correctly and that next year I had to hire another accountant to do the steps correctly and make up for their mistakes. Very disappointed with them.
