★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prix relativement raisonnable, mais la seule fois où j'ai fait mes impôts avec eux, ils ont fait une erreur en entrant une valeur en double. Aussi, on doit appeler nous-même pour savoir si les impôts sont prêts. Ils ont l'air débordés et on n'a pas l'impression qu'ils prennent le temps de bien faire les choses.
Cette année, j'ai utilisé un logiciel, et il n'y a pas eu d'erreur, c'était moins cher, et au final, c'était moins compliqué que de faire la gestion avec eux.
Bref, ils font le travail si vous avez peur d'utiliser un logiciel, ils sont meilleurs qu'H&R Block et moins cher que la plupart des comptables, mais d'un point de vue personnel, ils ne sont pas assez professionnels.
Relatively reasonable price, but the one time I did my taxes with them, they made a mistake entering a duplicate value. Also, we have to call ourselves to find out if the taxes are ready. They seem overwhelmed and it doesn't feel like they take the time to do it right.
This year, I used software, and there was no error, it was cheaper, and in the end, it was less complicated than managing with them.
In short, they do the job if you are afraid to use software, they are better than H&R Block and cheaper than most accountants, but from a personal point of view they are not professional enough.

He solved/cleared out a few problems I had (misunderstandings with Revenu Quebec) and has done a great job handling the books for my business. He gave me great advice about the best way to handle my growing business and he's always been available to talk when I have doubts about anything. If you want someone who would actually pay attention to you, go with Jean Joseph! No complaints.
