My family and I can not thank Natashia Di Lesi enough! She was there for us from day one! Natasha treated the entire journey of finding a suitable home for our mother with Alzheimers, as though she was placing her own mom. Her one on one, and ongoing follow-up was beyond professional...it was compassionate and human. Even when our mother unfortunately was not accepted at the residence that she was supposed to go to...Natasha did not give up the search. She kept in contact with us even when our mother was hospitalized for one month. She knew that we did not want our mother in a public home but preferred the care and attention from a private home. So the search restarted and she did not stop until we found the right one. She was there personally for all the visits and spoke about our mother with all the knowledge and attention that was needed and more. Natasha remembered the smallest details about our mothers likes and dislikes that I didn't even have to speak at some of the visits, because she mentioned everything that I would have! It is a very difficult process when faced with the challenge of having to place a loved one. More difficult is not knowing where to look or how to begin. Natasha made the search less daunting and reassured us along the way. I only wish that more families were able to reach out to Natasha that find themselves in similar situations. Her help was unforgettable. We thank her and our mothers happiness is her way of thanking Natasha:)

Had I not found this service, I don’t know where I would be! You could not find a more action-oriented and caring group of people who understand what family members are going through, and are there to truly help. I was given Caroline Gauthier’s name and number by the CLSC when private care became the only option for my parents. She was on vacation, but called me back anyway!!!! She made sure I got a call back, almost immediately, by Esterina who took my information and quickly assigned my file to Natasha Di Ielsi - who called me right away (they are a well-oiled, customer focused group)! It was a matter of days from my first contact with Natasha, to discussing solid options for my parents. She has vast and personal knowledge of many of the residences she is recommending, in many cases from having placed other families there herself or through her network of peers. She was laser focused on a few critical conditions I had, but also helped me navigate what to consider moving forward and how far each residence could go in terms of the care my parents will need. I live in Toronto, and Natasha was able to accommodate my schedule very last minute, when I came to town with the intent of making a decision. She was helpful, caring, transparent, engaged and made me feel like I was the only client she was working with! The fact that a little over 3 weeks after I made my first phone call to Accès Residence I was moving my parents into their new home was almost shocking, as I still recall how overwhelmed and lost in the woods I was before picking up the phone! Do not hesitate. Call them today!!! Natasha, I will be forever grateful to you!

excellent service. of course, i can only judge the service of this firm based on the counsellor that helped me, Natasha DiIelsi, who has been incredibly supportive throughout the process. Finding the right home for a parent is a process that is charged with emotions, with many disreputable places in the public sector (also in the private one). Natasha was always there, offering support when needed but never pushing to close. She was patient and after several months when we finally found a place, got on the waiting list and eventually moved my mom, Natasha ensured that everything was in order before being satisfied with her service. An absolute class act, a caring person and an efficient counsellor. I recommend working with her and Accès Résidences to everyone who cares for the well-being of a parent. My sincerest thanks.

I was lucky to have found this service to help me place my mom in the proper care that she needed. It is an overwhelming experience and to have the guidance , advise and expertise was really a god send. My advisor was Sylvia and she had all the appointments booked and the right people waiting for us when we arrived to visit the residences. She is patient , understanding and really knows what is a good fit for the situation that you are in. She continues to keep in touch and even helped us unpack boxes at the new place. The service is free and I highly recommend them . Thank you Sylvia for all your continued help and support.

I had no idea about senior housing when my mom got sick and needed this service on a short notice. Sylvia was such a great help. She really understood what I was going through and knew exactly what my mom needed! She is really good at what she does and she really finds a good fit for what is needed.
