As a newcomer to Canada, I registered for the ACCES Job Search Workshop (JSW) to understand the Canadian job market and learn about techniques to initiate my job search in Canada. The course was 5 days long- Monday to Friday. During the course I learnt how to prepare a Canadian style resume, different ways to approach potential employers and make connections in the professional world. The facilitator of the workshop- Mr. Atul Madan, was extremely knowledgeable about varied ways to approach the job search journey and enabled the participants with a lot of resources and information about the same. The participants of the workshop were very friendly and helpful and have continued to remain contacts even though the workshop is over. I highly recommend the ACCES JSW to every newcomer to Canada who is embarking their job search journey.

I used the services at Access Employment (Scarborough) as a newcomer in the country and attended their Job Search Workshop. It was a great stepping stone and a step in the right direction to know whats ahead and what is expected out of the job seekers. Lubica, the facilitator of the program is ever so kind and extremely dedicated to the program. The program orients newcomers about the expectations from Canadian employers, resume writing, mock interview etc. There is also post workshop guidance with individual career counselors. Everyone at these centers is extremely helpful. Would highly recommend their services.

When I moved to Canada, I had no clue what to do. Was kind of lost where to start and what to do. That's when I heard about ACCES Employment. I must say, it was worth it. Since it was government funded, everything was free. I attended free classes. I must say the quality of the class was amazing. With God's grace I got an awesome mentor. His name is Atul Madan. Attending his classes was the best part of my day because that's the quality that he provides. Within no time I got a job. You wanna know how? I followed everything ACCES taught us. All credit goes to ACCES for my success. Especially Atul Madan and Saira Banu. Saira Banu kept following up with me. That motivated me. That shows they really cared for me. Thank you ACCES. You are the reason I got this job. I'm really grateful ?

ACCES employment has been a reliable job preparation and searching partner for me. I've found them from Google and then got good feedback from some of my friends and ex-colleagues. Honestly, I'm surprise to experience the level of professionalism working with them, and the dedication they put to individual clients. I'd strongly recommend their JSW (Job Search Workshop) as it explores deep into the job searching methodology and Canadian job market. It's free and highly engaging, and personally, I got to learn a lot from the facilitator and the whole gang of participants. Kudos to the people working here and wish them best of luck. And thank you!

Acces Employment is the program because of which I got my first job in Canada. Due to COVID, I interacted with Acces employment during virtual sessions only and overall experience was great and beyond expectations. All the processes they follow are very standard. And all the staff is very diligent in their work. After landing on PR to Canada it a longer time without job for me, and when I started the sessions with Acces Employment, I started getting the positive vibes. My employment consultant was Eliza Yi who helped me to explore the services provided by Acces Employment. Initially I joined the Job Search Workshop which is of a week, hosted by Atul, and it is awesome. I got to know about Canadian job market, resume/cover letter preparations and interview types and preparations. Atul did complete rework over my resume. I also joined the IT Connections program, which is of 5 weeks duration. I appreciate the help from Adriana, Collete and Markus in job search. This program is an excellent package as it covers personalized services for job search and interview preparations, and exposure to other services like trainings and interactions with the employers too. There is no reason to give less than 5* ratings.

I would like to share my recent great experience with one of the programs of Access Employment - Job Search Workshops Program (JSW), Scarborough location. Being new to Canada under very challenging circumstances of Covid pandemic, I felt extremely insecure and uncofident about my job search process. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that one-week program can bring so many positive changes in terms of your overall knowledge and understanding of Canadian labor market and job search, and what’s more important - in terms of your confidence, determination and competitive spirit. Our program coordinator, Lubica Halamova, is the most dedicated, committed and supportive supervisor I have ever met in my life. She would spend hours after work checking the assignments and helping people until everyone’s needs and concerns are met. I also absolutely loved the atmosphere in the class. Although we worked on Zoom and didn’t have a chance to meet each other in person, there was a great sense of unity, teamwork, encouragement and friendship during this week. The program is quite intense and informative, be prepared to be constantly overloaded with assignments ;) However, these assignments are practical and useful - you will be preparing your own perfect resume and cover letter, analysing job postings from your industry, applying for a real job, getting ready to a mock job interview and recording a real video-interview via SparkHire. Also, Lubica shared a lot of interesting stories from her own professional experience and the stories of her clients that gave much deeper insight into the real job search process in Canada. I would definately recommend Access Emplyment and JSW Program to all newcomers. You would feel welcomed in Canada, and it will give you motivation and inspiration to fight for your professional path in Canada.

I took part in the JSW workshop by Acces Employment and am glad i did so. In spite of being a seasoned professional, i must say Acces's workshop was very helpful. It prepared me for my job search and interviews in Canada. I got a job in 2 months of my arrival in Canada and Acces's JSW workshop has a huge part to play. The people working at Acces are very professional, considerate, helpful, highly knowledgeable and empathetic. My experience being a part of the workshop conducted by Lubica Halamova has been fatastic and the above comment is a direct result of the good experience being a part of her workshop. I highly recommend Acces Employment to all new comers. It added value and equipped me with skills that helped me in my job search.
