She asked to see my floor plans, provided me umpteen options without ever showing frustration. In fact, I felt like she was as excited as I was to be purchasing this major item for my home. Sydney was excellent helping us with making our decisions. We did have some issues with the couch & power chairs. Cameron took care of the issues dealing with Klaussner. We appreciated all the support through the process & we are very pleased with the outcome. We really like our Easton counter height chairs. Excellent quality & a solid chair. Everyone who has sat in them tell us how comfortable they are. We recommend buying from Accents. We like to drop in from time to time to see what's new & visit. Keep up the good customer service!

After a short period of ownership (about a month) we discovered a quality issue with the fabric we had selected for our set (basically a supplier/manufacturers quality defect). I began working with Cameron on this issue, who was able to resolve it completely. I cant say enough about the level of customer service he provided. Even though our was actually quite inconvenient for us, he made this experience an extremely positive one. What I really liked about how our issue was handled was that he took the time to help us select a new / different fabric that was close to what we had originally selected and that he was confident would not reproduce the same issue we experienced. Further to that, made sure that the fabric we chose would not be sold to other customers - so that they dont experience the same issue we did. I felt throughout this experience that we were treated as if this was Camerons business and we were an important customer...a quality and sense of ownership you dont commonly find as a consumer these days. Thanks guys!

They even helped keep our 2 year old distracted while we shopped. Our sofa should be arriving any day now - can't wait to get it. Highly recommended.

Furniture is a long-term investment - and Yael provided me with a range of high-quality options that met the criteria I needed in a couch (the list of criteria was long). She answered questions, provided prompt follow-up through text (my preference) and really went above and beyond. I ended up with a couch and accent chair that I love and I can’t wait for them to be delivered. I can say the same about service from other team members at the store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful without being overbearing or putting undue pressure on customers. What’s more, the team honoured a promotion for me that had expired without the slightest concern - and I really appreciate that gesture. I would recommend Accents to anyone and I will certainly be going back for any furniture needs I have in the future.

Our goal was to support a local business, and Canadian made furniture and accents had a showroom that did just that! We worked with Deb who has over 30 years of interior design experience, she walked us through all the options we had, drew up a few different plans, and even came to our home to do measurements for a 3D rendering. From start to finish, the customer service of the whole team was amazing. It will be a few weeks until our furniture comes in, but we can’t wait until it does! Thanks Accents team!
