★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here at 12 waited 2 hours before our first race, then had to wait 30/40 mins in between every race when everytime theyd say “don’t worry your next”. Only time they actually did their job was when someone raised their voice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for the coupe de Montreal kart racing. Facility was clean and fantastic for spectating. Get into a go kart as well the track is epic. Staff is 5 stars as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience today...1) At about noon, I booked for a 3:00 pm same day session ...full payment was made,scheduled, and acknowledged for that time. I arrived at 2:30, as instructed when booking. I was told that the 3:00 pm time was full. No consideration for my time....and wasn't given the option of a full refund. We waited until the next available practice session. 2) On a hot day, nothing available to purchase to drink while waiting... I was able to drink from the men's washroom sink...very classy! 3) Minimal interaction with staff, beyond signing a liability waiver...I suppose the staff are knowledgeable, but there was little interaction nonetheless. 4) The racing was fun...the cars functioned as expected. I suppose the lesson, for me, is to bring your own refreshments and allow for more time than is scheduled....good functional experience, not so much on the customer service :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with this academy, first they took me and my friend out of the race saying we were too slow despite letting them know we are first timer. They promise they will refund us. Which they did once bit took back the money three times from my card stating they refunded me twice by mistake. I have been trying to reach them thru email with prove of my card activities but no response . Today I called them they don't want to talk to me saying it's been refunded when I tried to explain they hang up the phone on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had fun racing on their superb track. These tracks are to practice for actual racing cars. Thats why the rates are higher than other go karting places.
Think before buying additional laps. You can not expect refund if you are not feeling well after your lap.
