My husband purchased honda Accord 2015 from this dealer first of all car was not at all detailed on the day of delivery and the excuse was all detailing shops were closed in oakville and when we confirmed from near by shops they were open and then rear brakes of car were almost finished and this guy did safety with those brakes and was arguing that brakes are ok, moving further recently we got oil change of car just after 3000km from the day we got car from them which means he didnt even changed oil. After that cabin filter and air filter of the car was black in color and led lights of car are not working from day 1 and this guy just said we cannot do anything for this. So all i can say is please never get a car from this dealership zero % satisfaction and customer service even if you are paying in full whatever was asked by these people .

We met with Fadi on Thursday to look at a Porsche Boxter he had advertised. We did not get there until late in the afternoon and Fadi took the time to show us the vehicle and answer all our questions. After striking a deal to purchase the vehicle, we then sat with Fadi to fill in the paperwork. Fadi is very professional and easy to talk with. He made us feel at ease and wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. The following day Fadi called Joe and said some mechanical issues were found during the safety check and he did not feel comfortable selling the car to us. Our deposit was returned very quickly and he was pleasant to deal with. Recently purchased a car here, and am very happy with our purchase. Fadi made everything easy and fast. I was late for my scheduled test drive he was still able to get me in to test out some cars. Highly recommended!

Let me start off this review by just saying "WOW". Honestly my expectations were absolutely blown away by this dealership. I had my eyes set on a 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid on AutoTrader that they just received the day before. The owner Fadi told me they normally clean up the vehicle and fix it all up before officially listing the vehicle. I had read the great reviews on google and based on the amazingly low price of the vehicle I still decided to drive down there immediately and check it out. The car was a little dirty, had some rust marks, A/C didn't work and was overall in just okay-ish shape; though Fadi reassured us that it would all be fixed for the same price listed so I bought it. I was very skeptical as I previously had a very terrible experience at another dealership, though Fadi reassured me every step of the way and made me feel comfortable in purchasing a car from him. I had also asked him to also take a look at the sunroof because it didn't quite work, and some additional rust marks on the trunk. (Ford Escapes tended to rust in those exact spots). When we went to receive the car, it was mesmerizing! The rust marks were completely fixed and painted, all the issues with the car fixed, car was amazingly detailed in and out. Only issue was the sunroof was not fixed which I completely understand as it would have costed way too much to even dismantle, but to compensate for that Fadi had rust proofed the car, did a full oil change and fixed all the scratches on the bumper. You can't get this level of customer service anywhere else! After purchasing the vehicle I did notice that the back seats did not have headrests which was a complete oversight on my part. I contacted Fadi about it and though he said they didn't include any; he would keep a lookout for any spare ones coming through in a scrap car. I'm telling you, this man is one of a kind. I have not experienced this type of customer service anywhere before. Fadi has gone above and beyond! Additionally Fadi is a very understanding, very transparent and patient individual. To a newbie car buyer he explained everything to me, was very transparent through the entire process and did so many additional things for me just to make me happy as a customer. Absolute Auto Image has the award for the best priced dealer on AutoTrader for a reason. For the price I bought this vehicle I feel like I've gotten the deal of a lifetime! For this exact vehicle in this price range nobody else even comes close. This car came safetied and certified; nobody else even offered that. Driving the vehicle now I've had absolutely no issues and it drives like a dream. If anyone out there is looking for a used car, please definitely take a look at this dealership. Through this experience I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars because Fadi definitely deserves more! I'll be recommending Absolute Auto Image to everybody I know and I assure you, you will have a great experience when you go there.

I recently bought a car through Eddy from this dealership and the service was amazing. Eddy is such a nice man, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable with your purchase! Unfortunately, the car was not put through the safety efficiently because one of the brake lights were not fixed which I did not know until after I took the car but once speaking to Eddy he said I can bring it back when I have the time to get it fixed. I recommend this dealership if you are looking for a good used car and reliable service!

Bought a Magnificent car from Absolute Auto Image a few weeks ago and so far so good, just as promised. I was very particular and I was given a lot of patience through the process. Happy customer and I would go back.
