β β β β β I liked our worker as a person, but the services were pretty useless. Our worker was not usually very well prepared, didn't really offer much in the way of innovative suggestions on working with my child or addressing behavioral concerns. I did not get the worker assigned to me that I initially was told I would. It took a long time to get services started and I felt like I had to chase them down. The worker never followed up with what she/he said they were going to do. Although requested, proper closure was not provided to my child at the conclusion of services. My requests were ignored once they knew they weren't coming back. I believe improper billing was also going on with FSCD. I do NOT recommend using this agency.

β β β β β All of our experiences with the staff were really positive, but the location (lack of parking, 2 sets of extremely steep straight stairs) make it next to useless.
You canβt access services if you canβt get into the building - and with kids who have motor control issues itβs very dangerous.
One set of stairs is very wide (so you can only reach one hand rail and there is no wall on the other side) and it is uncovered outside so it is exposed to the elements. At the top of this very steep set of stairs, you need to open a heavy door ?
If your child has any type of impulse control issues, or gross motor difficulty, or even sequencing issues - I would seriously recommend doing a drive by (or at least a street view) before you book services here.
