★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars if I could. CBI health Is a crooked front for them. According to their plans I'm gonna be magically healthy and 100% by there program in a month ,while I have been battling pain. Get a non wcb doctor's opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has to get more organized. First I dealt with one person- gave them all the info from my doc. Now a new case manager asking for the same stuff. What is going on. Don't you staff communicate? I've been working for over 35 years in the health care system, never had wc before. Not very well set-up , that's for sure!! They think physio will get me back to work- That's not going to heal the crack in my back and the damage caused from heavy back work for many years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd RATING ....I took the advice from the person who watches and replies to these reviews (Rating) and did follow the advice. I was happy to talk to another person, who explained things a little better. I will leave this review at 3 since I am scheduled to see the WCB back specialist (Not really their doctor) tomorrow. I am Disappointed that a MRI or CAT scan was not done on me before seeing him. Not sure how a Doctor can diagnose without it- I am a Nurse of 35 years, so kind know a few things ;)...Nov 20I'm fighting them right now. THEIR Doctors falsify documents. First one stated that he "examined" me. How can you examine over the phone? It even states on my 2 year old xray that I have L5 Bilateral spondylosis. Yet this Doctor and the specialist (paid by wcb) write in their report that I have "non-specified low back pain" The specialist looked into his crystal ball and increased all my abilities and HOURS without testing me on these things. WCB is terrible to deal with- Now I'm having panic attacks over fighting them on this. I have filed complaints against these 2 doctors to their association. The case manager also has been awful! She doesn't listen and also lies in documents. Which I have also filed a complaint about. I have worked as a Nurse for the same company over 30 years- This is the FIRST time dealing with WCB and I am NOT IMPRESSED! To WCB. I'm a FIGHT -not a FLIGHT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are injured they will send you to the chop shop. You end up in worst shape coming out rehab. No wonder blue collar workers in pain are suicidal ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WCB emails say the Calgary office is in the Downtown core but its far NE. Lack of proper administration. Took almost 4 months to get ANY money at all. Lost everything I had due to WCB. When i gave up hope of ever getting any money and found myself a job, i got kicked off for taking a job to pay my bills. Apparently i should have become homeless..... I will never go on wcb again. I would rather just work injured. 2 months after i was kicked off wcb, they finally assigned me an adjuster!! She had no idea about anything in my file at all. Unprofessional and badly managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for all the follow ups and support I received from my case manager Kelly G., from speedy MRI request, taxi services , follow up of my well beings and a recent incident at Millard Health during my treatment. I am so grateful I am under her case. I heard a lot of negative feedbacks against WCB, but I cant thank enough for how much support I received to a stranger I never seen but is there willing to help for my recovery. Thank you Kelly
