★ ★ ★ ★ ★ James is an incredibly personable, accessible practitioner who really personalizes the patient's treatment to suit their individual issues. He really puts the time in to listen to the patient's experience, gives very useful feedback, and comes up with the optimal solution while allowing you to avoid any unnecessary expense. My feet feel much better since seeing him, which has improved my quality of life significantly. A great guy and a wonderful orthotist! I can't recommend him enough.
