J	Janet Goetze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Spiers is an excellent chiropractor. He asks a lot of questions and does a thorough assessment before deciding on the best course of treatment. He explains his diagnosis clearly and comprehensively, gives and demonstrates home exercises, and leaves you with a sense of confidence and optimism that your body can heal and get stronger. Dr. Spiers accurately diagnosed my herniated disc, gave me an effective home exercise program, and got me moving again without the need for my cane or crutches. Bryan Cobb is a miracle worker! He is an expert in trigger point massage and provides relief for my fibromyalgia pain and stiffness that no other treatment (physiotherapy, medication, etc) can accomplish. Sometimes I get angina-like aching pain in my chest (uncomfortable and concerning) and Bryan can alleviate it in a single session. Trigger point massage therapy with Bryan Cobb has permitted me to continue working full time and avoid going on disability.

When I have an injury he patiently takes time to assess the problem, explain his treatment, and instruct on how I can participate in the healing process. Overall, his emphasis is on wellness, not just treatment of symptoms or injuries – he truly wants his patients to become healthier people. I am stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been in my life as a result of the patient encouragement I've received.

Dr. Speirs is intensely informative, knowledgeable easy to talk to and helpful with his treatments. I understand my back pain and how to deal with it now. This after years of my family doctor diagnosing me with arthritis of the back from a simple back xray and a three second walk across his office floor! Absolutely recommend Dr. Speirs and Aberdeen Chiropractic for sure!

Dr. Robert Spiers was recommended to be by a colleague. I found him very knowledgeable, pleasant and able to diagnose my knee and associated lower back problem very quickly. I received chiropractic treatments and also started the recommended exercise programs. After several visits my knee improved and became pain free, I also regained full mobility. I am continuing routine treatments at the Aberdeen Clinic and am very impressed with care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Spiers to anyone.

I had been to other chiropractors and they did not help me with my nerve pain in my leg, I could hardly get out of bed in the morning. I was back to myself in no time with Dr. Speirs! I only need to see him now a few times a year. I highly recommend him!

The chiropractor I saw was very rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my situation, after he was done adjusting me, my back felt a lot worse for a week straight. I told my doctor and physical therapist what the chiropractor did and they both agreed that he just made it worse. After doing research I found out that chiropractic is a pseudoscience and will not help with injury. Do not go to a chiropractor for any reason, If you are really injured go to a physical therapist they are 10 times better and actually help you.
