★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I disagree with most of the comments listed for this location, I have visited this location twice and have had a good experience. I went on a Friday afternoon and Sunday morning and met with two different nurses. The space was clean and I was in an out in less than two hours. The staff are professional and patient.
A great service if your family doctor announces they are closing their practice and you are in need of medical care and should avoid the emergency room if it is not life threatening.

Called to make an appointment and the receptionist asked me about my symptoms (which I don't even think is allowed) and said they couldn't help me. I need to go to urgent care. I talked to a registered nurse on health links in a LOT of detail about my symptoms and trust that she knows more about what kind of care I need than some receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the nurses, but the desk lady was very rude saying my private information out loud whitch osis an invasion of my privacy. Makes me not wanna go back, but i do just cauae the nurses are very good nonjudiciamental and make me feel very comfortable i just hope they get a different desk lady or she should learn our patient privacy law and more training

The front staff is sooo rude, they never answer the phone and they do u get the rude lady who is very short with you and gives u attitude if u ask to many questions. Weird how u can walk in there with no one waiting and they say they are booked and the waiting room is empty. Also if they are booked they will not.let you book for the next day and u have to call in but they don't bloody answer the phone. Whoever runs this sh!t show of a clinic can u please make some serious changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good called and booked a appointment went there on time was out the door 3 mins left happy good staffing very positive nice environment very good doctors 5 star all the way don’t waste your time going anywhere else this is the spot to get fast care instead of waiting hours wondering if your gonna lose your toes before you can get treatment I’m gonna go back when if I need to again and recommend anyone reading this to do so as well and I’m recommending my friends to as well keep up the good work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WENT HERE FOR A CHEST INFECTION. the doctor said i was fine. she didn;t even take my temp. i am a nurse so i know her assessment was meager to say the least. went to the hospital and was found to have an infection.
reading the reviews, usually when reviews are this polarized there is an issue of prejudice with the provider.
