ABC Moving and Storage Toronto

They lost my clothes. Broke my loft bed and did not put it together with all the parts. Kick my belongings around and left items unattended in hallway for long periods and I found people going through my stuff. Did not fallow directions and the men ignored my direction telling me just "no" as I watched them break my bed. Always wanting to use my bathroom. I use to be a professional mover myself and there's no way this move needed to take over six hours I had everything packed and ready. They were aggressive and incompetent.

We had such a great experience with ABC moving and storage. Moving from one condo to another in busy Toronto on Canada day was such a large ask, and we were so well taken care of by Roy and his team. We also received a free, in-person quote before the move to calculate a flat fee. I cannot recommend ABC enough; they were respectful, fast at their work, patient with the situation and very careful with our things. Thank you again everyone for your kindness and hard work, for helping us move into our new home.

It's now been 2 years and he never returned my table) this man is a B and I hope someone beats him HIS FULL NAME IS ROY BENIPERSAUD GOOGLE HIM HE WAS A FUNERAL HOME OWNER WHO LOST HIS LICENSE DUE TO ILLEGAL SHADY ACTIVITIES HE IS NOT A REAL MOVING COMPANY!!! ABC moving also goes by another name A1 storage and moving. I WOULD NOT BOOK YOUR MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY! ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE ARE REAL AND TRUE. They are late,slow,unprofessional scam artists constantly changing prices from 70.00 per hr to 95.00. My friends and I had to help them move alot of my stuff it took them almost 5hrs just to load the truck for my 1 bedroom apartment in which I lived alone. I already moved my boxes the night before all they had to move was my furniture and some mirrors and pictures. They broke my brand new Leon's table which I havent even finished paying for, Roy promised it was an easy fix and would get it back to me ASAP. That was over 2 weeks ago I call over and over he says this friday ...then next friday then he said today which is sunday I have not heard from him today and I called no answer. So now I'm going to file a police report for theft and report this company to the better business bureau. THIS WAS THE MOST STRESSFUL MOVING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND IM MISSING MY BEAUTIFUL LEONS END TABLE I JUST PURCHASED 6MONTHS AGO (Aria end table mirrored glass) it's on the Leon's website it's a new collection. Please save yourself time loss and stress do not book with this trashy moving company ZERO STARS IS MY RATING. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HIRED A COMPANY AND PAYED THEM FOR A JOB AND HAD TO DO WORK MYSELF ITS DISGUSTING!

I recently moved with ABC Movers within Toronto. They were professional. Roy visited our home to assess the move, he gave me a quote for free. I decided to go with them because they were the only company who cared enough to make the visit. They were also reasonable in price. Three people came promptly on the day of the move. They wrapped everything in blankets, not a scratch on any furniture. All boxes were handled with care. The move went smoothly with no problems. I recommend that Roy would be there to supervise.

I hired this moving company for my one bedroom moving. Everything is weird about this company. Google states ABC moving, if you call the number they say Evan moving company and the email confirmation I received was from leefunerahome. I had booked them for 3 hours and I was only moving one bedroom literally just one street to the other 4mins drive on google. They did not finish the job within 3 hours and I had to pay extra for the 4th hour. They also damaged my brand new mattress which was not even opened and said they said the insurance company would pay me back. I have not received any email or call from them or the insurance company. I have tried getting in touch but no one answers the call. They took smoke breaks and and did not handle the boxes properly. The truck they came in was already full of scrap furniture and they stuffed my boxes and furniture with it. They spent 30mins making space in the truck for my stuff when they came in.

Lost all the legs of our beds and sofa during the move. Roy said he will come back and give us back the legs after he searches his truck. Paid him full money in good faith and never heard back. The drawers from all our Chesters were dumped randomly and we had to figure out what goes where. The beds they assembled were missing parts and had to be disassembled and reassembled. Nightmare of an experience. Never again.

The other moving company we booked was a scam. Almost lost over $400. Called Roy and he was there the next day! Excellent service by both him and his employees. Very professional and took great care of all our daughters furniture. The price was given before they started and no hidden fees or up front deposit needed. So glad we called this company, they saved the day. Thank you Roy and staff!! ~Nancy Phillips

Very unprofessional people. Roy, the manager, cancelled after three hour waiting. He told us there was a flat tire issue. We tried to call many time for an update. Roy never answered our calls. He called back two times to say no worries. Finally Roy send a text message saying after three hours waiting that we have to find another mover. No excuse, no call. We were very stressed out. They didn't offer us to move later or the day after.
