★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car broke down on Thanksgiving weekend while visiting, I was pleased to get my car into ABC Automotives' shop, unlike most places that were closing early. I was able to pick up later and made my visit less stressful. It was very quick and my car sounds like a whole new vehicle. The one thing I wish that there was a debit machine. E-transfer took a little long to process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quoted me a great price, best out of five shops I called, stuck to the original estimate, finished the work by the very next day. Awesome service, efficient texting throughout the process, even sent pictures of the work being done. The car was a little dirty when I got it back (the steering wheel and outer door very grimy), but we're happy with the results and quality of customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truck had some issues as I arrived in GP. Easter weekend. Most places closed. Called ABC Auto and they said to come in early the following day. Not only did they have the parts required but they fixed it that day! Very impressed with the friendliness and great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with this mechanic shop. Yes their prices were fair and they were able to get us in in decent time. As for the quality of work preformed... just terrible. We had power steering issues, they suggested replacing lines ($500) we did, still had same issue. They suggested replace pump ($500) with guarantee this would fix issue. Upon completion of work they said it was rectified (with no test drive or anything) Issue was not resolved and check engine light was on. Light started flashing on short drive home accompanied by rough idle. No confidence in taking it back to them again, would not refund money and I am now in legal dealings and my family of 5 does not have use of our vehicle. Most hassle I have ever had with a mechanic. Wish I would have paid a bit more and gone somewhere else.
