The owner and mechanics were present at my first viewing ready to answer every and all questions and did so. I was also able to test drive the vehicle alone. They were upfront with everything that might be an issue, and were ready to correct everything prior to purchase. This included raising the suspension at no cost. I received a secondary inspection from another garage, where they brought the car and met me there, which revealed they were completely honest and there were no unexpected issues, the car was in immaculate condition. The owner and sales representative took customer service very seriously, answering all my calls and texts at all hours of the day. They also took care of the process of acquiring license plates and all the works. The entire process was completely painless, I would recommend Abboudi's to anyone who is looking for a vehicle!

The car seemed like it was in good condition but had a few problems such as a brake adjuster lodged in the drum brake and the key not turning sometimes. The CVT eventually died, along with other various issues, and the nissan dealer says it'll be 9k to fix which is way more than the car is worth. If you're buying a car from here, be cautios, and know about the issues that could come with the car before you buy it.

I still shopped around for my brake job as it’s a considerable expense. Here’s why I chose Abboudi. First, he was the only mechanic who provided several options & clearly explained the cost/benefit for each. Second, his prices for labour/parts were very competitive. Third - it was by far the best “customer experience” while I was pricing it out. He was responsive & easy to work with. Lastly, the referral from a friend made it an easy choice, given the first 3 points above. Two weeks after my brakes are done, Eli texted me just to check in. This is unreal service & not something you’re likely find elsewhere. Thanks to Eli & his team for a great experience.

I remain a customer and make the trip despite the time, distance and even the gas prices. The owner is always attentive, paying attention to detail... yet, if something doesn't need to be done yet, he'll give a heads-up and ideal time-line. Not everyone does that. Definitely a place to go for just about any car related need!

The first repair was to replace a rusted out oil pan and during that visit, Eli mentioned that my brakes were getting close to needing to be replaced but that it wasn't a necessity just yet. I appreciate the honesty that I could wait on this as opposed to being pressured in doing the brake work right away. A number of weeks later, I did notice issues with my brakes and I didn't hesitate on calling Abboudi's Auto repair to do the work. This family owned business does really good work and Eli is very friendly, and openly honest about the work that needs to be done and what could wait. Eli presented me with all my options on the quality and cost of parts available to do the repairs and provided his recommendation based on what he knew were my needs, and I did not feel pressured at all to go one way or the other. This garage does quality work at a fair price and I would highly recommend this garage to do your car repairs!
