★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ça fait plusieurs année que nous faisons affaires avec cette Abattoir. Nous le faisons seulement parce que c'est de famille et qu'il n'y en a pas d'autres dans la région. À chaque année, c'est décevant. On demande des coupes de viande à l'achat d'un demi veau et tout ce que nous recevons c'est 85% de la viande hachée. Ils ne sont vraiment pas à l'écoute des demandes des clients, ils y vont avec la facilité. C'est terminé pour nous et nous avons partagé l'information à plusieurs personnes.
 We have been doing business with this Abattoir for many years. We only do it because it is family and there are no others in the area. Every year, it's disappointing. We ask for cuts of meat when we buy half a calf and all we receive is 85% of the minced meat. They really do not listen to customer requests, they go with ease. It's over for us and we shared information with many people.
