★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff but I was disappointed with the cuts. Be your own judge. In the picture you see a t-bone steaks 1.5" thick. Lots of meat but where is the bone and where is the tenderloin portion? Given the premium price thet charge I expected premium cuts...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jen gave me great service and suggestions on sausages. Bought a lovely piece of brisket. Bbqed it up with a dry rub and smoked it. Cant wait to go back. The store was clean with great items displayed in the cabinet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of meats! Only been a handful of times but the service has been consistently very good. Best chicken/beef Kabobs I have ever had. Fresh vegetables with bacon wrapped meat covered in a delicious sweet BBQ sauce. Worth every penny but be warned once you eat them, anything else seems like a waste of your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to ask if they had haggis, to which they told me they did. When I arrived 45 minutes later (travel time to get there), it was all gone. Granted, it is Robbie Burn's day, but they should have been able to warn me that they only had 45 minutes worth of supply left.
They then told me there would be more later, but that's not much help if I need to travel across town a second time (given the current lockdown and very cold weather, one can't just hang around in the neighbourhood).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for fine meats. Picked up a couple of rib eye steaks for a special occasion on the recommendation of the Butcher. WOW! Ask if you are not sure what to get her recommendation should be spot on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best meat markets in Ottawa Downtown. They have fresh meat through the week.
They are quite pricey but I don’t mind paying the extra bit as the quality of meat is stellar.
They are not open on Sundays and Mondays and they shut by 6PM every other day.
Parking shouldn’t be a challenge as they do have a parking space behind the building.
Overall, definitely recommend this meat shop!
