★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food as with what you'd expect with A&W. One of the better fast food franchises, particularly the burger joints. Their burgers aren't gourmet like the one off burger joints or retro-diners but it's partly about location with fast food outlets and there's usually an A&W where you need it when you're looking for that quick bite. Tried the diet root beer this time as I usually drink diet pop if I'm drinking pop at all, it was really quite good. Not as good as the sugared original but pretty good just the same. Probably the best of all the diet root beer brands out there. Staff were friendly and efficient as per usual at this location, that's what I've seen here at any rate.

Served a cold burger and cold fries.
And the bigger looked like it was made by a 5 year old.
This is really sad as it used to be my favorite a&w.
Please review your staff and policies this is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast was gross. Toasts were dry, sausages and bacon cold, bacon had way too much fat in it, eggs were cold, coffee tasted burnt. The employees were friendly, but the food made it not worth coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a burger about a week ago (Teen burger), bit into it, and broke a tooth on bone matter. This is the 2nd time in the past couple of months. Please do some quality checks on your inventory!
Contacted Guest Relations—The representative asked questions. Once I advised her that I am not looking for anything, e.g. coupons or money, she was more helpful and pleasant. My intent is to insure others do not break teeth on their food.

However there's one person that stood out for this establishment today. She made our experience memorable.
