★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food we got was cold, never had this experience from a&w. I thought they maintained standards of serving their customers fresh food. Our fries were cold,the jalapeño lime burger was also barely warm and the chicken burger was cold. We’ve never wasted so much food before from A&W. Thoroughly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love A&W, but have noticed a lot of errors at this location lately. We understand that restaurants are understaffed right now, but please check the receipts against the items before sending them out. We're happy to wait another minute for the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i ordered from uber eats and order a drink but got an empty tray in the bag and i order a actually spicy chicken burger with all condiments and they gave me chicken in plain bun. that's ridiculous. they are not even watching what they are doing. are you guys drunk or what ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a burger from here, took a bite, and guess what I found.... A BANDAID IN THE BURGER! Thoroughly disgusting!!! I went back and all they said was "We can make you another burger". No apology. If that's all they offer to make up for this horrible experience, then that is bad. There's no option to put zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I generally like A&W and enjoy the burgers and root beer. I was working in the area and stopped by this location. When ordered one burger and a drink, it came out rather too quickly. Thought that they were quick, but the buns were as hard as a brick...it was very old and/or warmed too much. Meat and other ingredients were great. I do think that this location require a tighter quality control of the food. Located within a very affluent neighborhood in Oakville. This is something any businesses should be mindful of.
