The service is hot or miss, most times are good but occasionally i can have a bad experience with service.
Overall a great place though.

Toppings are always fresh, buns are never gross or smushed, the root beer is amazing (obviously) and they're the only place with a meat-free burger option.
Staff has always been amazingly nice as well. Great customer service. 100% recommend ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was very cold and the pop was flat. The burgers were more pink then the pink panther and the fries were as frozen as an ice cream sandwich. The person taking my order was slow in the head, I had to repeat myself multiple times and in the end my burger had the wrong toppings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today for a burger in this location the staff was too rude with me there was slim thin guy working who served me he just finished his lunch and after that he didn't even wash his hands who walked staright away and severd me
When i asked for a additional sauce on the side there was a girl who was not even listennig to me her attitude was very unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burgers were great! Tried the new Double Double, with fries and onion rings. No salt on fries nor was any to be found inside restaurant. Fries were cold and tasted stale. Onion rings were also cold. Coffee was bitter and tasted like it had been on burner for a few hours. Just not up to A & W standards.
