s	sheldon456 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to KFC's drive thu for dinner about a week ago.. when i got home i noticed the chicken was covered in oil. As someone that has worked at KFC before. I could tell they did not let the chicken rest after they took it out of the fryers.they put it right into the greasy pan. I Was very disappointed considering the amount of money that I spent.
M	Mark Beacock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What the heck, my husband ordered take out for dinner last night and the chicken was oily and had no flavour. Did the recipe change since last year this certainly did not have any 11 herbs and spices? Will not be ordering KFC from this location again.
B	Brenda Baker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to purchase KFC for supper on May 22,2022 .I tried the doors at 4.00pm and they were locked.More customers were trying the doors, and left.No notice posted on doors to mention the store if it was temporarily closed,renovations ect.I went to another restaurant and was told by them KFC was closed for about a month. They next day my neighbor mentioned she had KFC for lunch and a was notice posted to use the drive thru.The manager should ensure there is proper notices displayed.They lost a few customers that day and more other days , if the drive thru was opened all this time and no notice posted. Have they been opened or closed the last month as other people are saying? Head office won't be too happy sales down.
R	RockyNinja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is up with this location lately? For over a month, always closed on the weekends? I get to the door. It's locked. I try drive thru, garbage bin blocking the entry. No notice or hours on the door or reason to be closed.
P	Peter Kazmierczak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally, I know that kfc is what it is…but yesterday was very disappointing, even for kfc. Picked up an 18pc meal yesterday... The chicken was way over done and lousy small pieces, mostly legs and thighs (maybe 3 pieces white which amounts to 1 & 1/2 actual breasts) all of whence were falling apart…the salads were pretty much soup, especially the potato salad and the fries seemed subpar/old (not fresh) at best. Kfc needs to step up their quality and portion sizes imo. Not sure if it’s a supplier or a staff (cooks) issue.

At 4pm during dinner rush??? Maybe you should pay more than minimum wage and you might have workers ?‍♀️

Then I asked to return the food and the manager comes and says, If u need the fresh food you need to wait 30 mins. This means they won’t give you fresh food at the first place. This is so bad. I hope KFC maintains its prestige by taking care of its customers.
C	Cam Hood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is really disappointing. We’ve ordered here about 4 times over the 3 or so years this newer location has been open. That number would be higher if each of our visits hadn’t left us shaking our heads. I use the KFC app to place my order ahead of time, and not once has my order been ready to pickup when I get there. It’s always an additional 15-20 minute wait in the restaurant, after I’ve already waited 15-20 minutes after placing my app order. My orders are always missing something, whether it be dipping sauces, drinks, salads or desserts that come with a meal deal. If you do decide to waste your time and money at this location, make sure you grill them about every little thing on your order. Make them show you it in the bag. Last nights order I forgot to ask them if our dipping sauces were in the bag, and of course when I got home they weren’t. We wouldn’t have received our drinks had I not asked for those. We were supposed to get a dessert with one meal, and it was also nowhere to be found. The food quality and quantity is subpar, as many other reviews of this location point out. I definitely agree with their reviews. We will never return to this location, and can only hope that a Popeye’s Chicken location will open soon in town, and run this terrible KFC location out of business.
