★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speedy and quick service. Men's bathroom was a mess. Only received one napkin when I got my food to go and of course I used it to pour me ketchup on to for my fries. Double teen was juicy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the best food I've ever had from A&W. We went there around like 7:30 on the 19th and they were amazing like the customer service was so great they went above and beyond. And the food was seriously amazing 12/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marie the assistant manager does not deserve to be a manager she holds students in till 11 at night and gets mad at them for calling there parents to tell them not to come yet because they still have to work later. They close at 9 there should be no need for them to be there till 11 at night. If there is still things to do by a certain point at night the manager should take over and let the STUDENT go home. A&W treats there employees like slaves and give them no respect. Most of them are teenagers under 18 who are still in school they do not deserve to be treated this way. terrible place do not recommend coming here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told they are out of fries until a delivery later in the day. Was offered hash browns or onion rings as a replacement - but! onion rings are full price ($4.50). I asked if there was a discount for the onion rings because they didn't have fries and was told no. Pretty disappointing that there was zero flexibility or consideration that not having fries was not actually my fault, but yeah, we'll upcharge you $4.50 for onion rings. Sure, I could've chosen hash browns, but that's not the point. Hopefully management (Marvin) cares enough to address this practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always go here whenever working in Hythe. Their service varies from being pretty fast to somewhat slow. The food is always good though and I've never had an order mixed up before. There's plenty of seating and it's always clean inside. The only other issue I have is the washroom situation. I wish they had them as both unisex washrooms instead of men's and women's. They're literally have the same utilities inside.
