Cold meat. Fries were horrible. Very disappointing. I use the A&W all the time. Horrible food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to many A&W locations and I do love their burgers and rings, but at this location the onion rings were horrible. They were soggy, very greasy. I suspect the deep fryer oil was not at correct temperature.
I give this location 3 stars because of the friendly staff and cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This A&W has been our go to for a quick breakfast when we are on the run… but something has happened over the last few weeks, First they ran out of hash browns at least two weeks ago, the week before it was breakfast sausage, this morning, still no hash browns and a new sign to say they’re out of onion rings. So that certainly made choosing what to eat simpler and you would think it would make it quicker to fill our order… but No! We sat outside the take out window for 15 minutes (no explanation or apology) we were the only people in line and when our two breakfast sandwiches arrived ($13 with a small O.J.) the english muffins were untoasted and both sandwiches were luke warm at best. Oh! and no napkins. Pretty bad ! We will have to seek out an alternative place to stop for breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the drive through to get 2 teen burgers with the 9,99$ coupon and an extra side of onion rings and sweet potato fries. Ended up waiting 15 minutes for the food at the window without getting greeted. When the defeated and rude sounding cashier finally gave me the total after scanning my coupon it came out to 25$. Obviously that was wrong and i explained to her respectfully what i ordered and she said without hesitation that i was wrong without even checking anything, clearly trying to hide her mistake. I asked her to give me the receipt, and she said it was in the bag. By the time i was on the highway and checked my order it was completely wrong, the receipt was nowhere to be found, there were no napkins, no sauce for the sweet potato fries. Completely incompetent and rude staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A&W food is always great but the service here ensures you want to go to another restaurant instead. The cashier was so "competent" we finally had to show her on a calculator what the total should be. It took another employee to explain to her what 3.99 + 3.99 equaled so we could finally get our order, an order we did not end up eating there since all the tables were dirty. Meanwhile she kept complaining she had been at work too long and did not want to be there.... Neither do the clients. We'll go to Timmie's next door.
