★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so it took them three time to bring me my order which was two hamburgers and 10 nmcnuggets.
by the third time they basically took my order back and removed the cheese and brought it back in the same cheese rapper. and ordered a coke ended up missing syrup. seems to be consistent issues there. honestly might drive an extra 20 minutes out of the way then to return here. horrible unaatentive absent minded staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We like to stop here on the way to Montreal, it is about 1h and half from Ottawa. The place has a play structure for kids to spend some energy after long drive. Drive through is open 24h.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't let the name fool you, this place offers absolutely no traditional Scottish food. Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you.
Ended up buying two egg McMuffins without cheese, threw the top part of the muffin, and added some handy hollandaise sauce which I just happened to have with me. Instant McBenedict.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service in the drive through. I was literally hanging out the window repeating my order ever louder and the employee kept asking me to speak lounder. When I went I to speak to the Manager she said the employee might not have her headphone on properly. The Manager made no apology or restitution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give no stars. Stopped today and ordered a happy meal, iced coffee and a Mcdouble, a small order. I did so through the app and waited in the designated parking spot. After 15 minutes of waiting, 25 cars passing in the drive thru and dozens coming out from the restaurant, I decided to go ask if the had received my order. The girl tells me, in the most condescending voice, yes we have it, it's coming. As if waiting 15 minutes for an order is absolutely normal... 5 minutes later someone brings out my order. My burger looked like the threw it under a Mac truck and my iced coffee tasted of room temp water.
Sadly this isn't the first time, but I've learned my lesson. I'll go a cross to Tim hortons.
Appalling place. Don't bother wasting your time and money here.
