S	Stella T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and experience however I was disappointed with the taffy on snow experience. The guy was more interested in chatting than pouring the taffy and when he did it was the size of a quarter. We drove from Ottawa to have taffy on snow.

This was a bucket list item for us. Thanks to Pierre (and of course, Stefan, Simon and the rest of their team) some very significant Quebecois/ Canadian history is not only being preserved, but actively being maintained for adults and children from around the world - to experience. We enjoyed two nights, two fabulous dinners and breakfasts at Sucrerie de la Montagne that we will not forget. It was not only the historic cabin we stayed in or maple running that were memorable; it was meeting and chatting with Pierre, Stefan and their very friendly team that i will take away from a great two days.

Was able to meet the owner and all staff are so friendly too! We will definitely go back again for sure! Highly recommended!??

Got one plate of each type of food on a table of 12. We waited to get the second service but nothing…and than we had to ask for additional plates, for more water, napkins, coffee, etc. They weren’t happy about it and said that this is not a buffet. And to top it all, we only got one drop and a half, and I mean it ?, of maple taffy on the stick. Really ridiculous! I asked for more and the girl refused saying that she cannot put more. She’s following the instructions???REALLY? Never going back there again that’s for sure. Very EXPENSIVE for what you get.
J	Joyce Abondano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, great ambiance, great service! And we got to enjoy the beautiful music show! The guitar and violin wre just amazing! Kids loved it! There where many kids and parents dancing and having a great time! Will definitely come back next year!
