★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give negative stars because this place was absolute garbage. First off, was extremely rude and abrupt to my mother in her 70’s, and the food took over an hour to be ready and when I finally WAS ready it was stale and cold. Don’t waste your money and go to Scores instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. I ordered twice from here both times took Over 1.5 hours when app says 50mins. Then you call and they say it's almost there. Well almost forty minutes later. Still no order.
They tend to prioritize uber order deliveries.
Last time I order from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went 2 buy quarter chicken leg 4 sets and was extremely dissapointed , they gave an already dried chicken , might be grilled for days..we paid our order for your price but please be ashamed to cheat on your customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This places closes early, so if ever you need to order, order well in advance. It’s past their scheduled time to cook if you call to order late. “Kitchen is closed” as they said, though they close at 9pm on Google and I called before that. Unfortunately, won’t be adding to their business anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, what a frustrating experience! We called to order a take out meal. Someone bothered to pick up the phone just to tell us they wouldn't take our order, that we had to do it by the internet... so we did. Then obviously we have to go through the customary password resset. Run the order a second time. Things have gotten very expensive in the past 2 years. THEY DARE ASK FOR TIP!!!!! even after you punched in the order yourself! Finally the card got refused. Realy not a fun experience. It is still St-hubert chicken but there is no friendly way to get to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the ABSOLUTE worst restaurant I have ever ordered from. When our food arrived the fries were SO hard and dry that you could literally break them in half and they would snap and crumble. Absolutely terrible. We also asked for creamy coleslaw with the meal and got 3 regular ones and 1 creamy???? We called to talk to a manager since this is not the first time we had this issue. An extremely rude, arrogant, young, minimum wage worker named Jacob, who apparently is the “manager” answered the phone and told us he had “better things to do” and HUNG UP ON US when we explained the issue regarding the mistake with our order. We have already contacted the head office of st Herbert in which we have a meeting to go over Jacobs manners that he clearly lacks, as well as the issues we had with our order. Please don’t go here. Go to Benny's where they care about their customers. Literally a disgrace that someone who is probably no older than 18 and is a “manager” cannot deal with a situation like this. Just goes to show you the training that goes on at this st Hubert lol.
