★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Bureau en Gros location located off island is a great store. In-store is easy to move around and very clean compared to what I've seen other places. Staff engage the customers, even the store director is often on the floor engaged with store clients. Lots of parking outside, however, fair warning, getting out of this location is usually met with traffic chaos. This section of town is very busy and the street lighting is horrible. Still doesn't take away anything from this store....I highly recommend anyone to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COVID19 safety protocols are respected at the entrance. Liquid disinfectant or lysol wipe. Went in looking for a S20+ Otterbox case only the find out they only carry Otterbox for iPhones. They selection for cases & screen protectors is much better than BestBuy but not for Android smartphones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location with lots of parking. The store is well kept and the staff are always helpful and efficient. I would have given 5 stars except the machine that plastifies documents the purpose of my visit was out of order therefore I was unable to complete my business there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy a laptop.. No one greeted us until we asked for someone at the cash.. An employee in training came to see us. He was super helpful however he had to walk back and forth to ask questions for us to his manager about 6 times.. The manager never came to speak directly to us. It was regarding a payment plan and considering the employee obviously needed guidance/training the manager should have came to help us all out (payment plan is very strange from my understanding.. You can't purchase on a payment plan without the physical credit card so if a sale is going on you'll lose the sale while waiting to receive the card in the mail????)... There was also a sale going on for some laptops and they hadn't changed the prices in store... Left and bought a laptop elsewhere with great customer service :)
