Alex came to our home within 24 hours of our call and brought samples for us to choose from. We made the decision on the spot and he was able to have it installed 3 days later! (Another store had assured me they could get the hardwood flooring I wanted in 2 days; 4 days later they told me it was back ordered for 2 months.) I found red oak 5 inch wide I liked at A Plus Flooring store, and staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They placed the order with an out of province company and the flooring arrived the next day, even faster than promised! Good selection, good service, good price, good choice!

High quality hardwood floors with warranty, precise workmanship, great deal, and a very patient in a process with ordering. Upon their initial quote and visit, they brought samples of a wide range of hardwood. Although the one we chose wasn't in stock, company representative assured us he'd install it as soon as it arrived. When it did arrive a week earlier than scheduled, A Plus installed it immediately. Overall, a great, low-stress experience.
