$40 for male piercing and i was told it's silver piercing while i asked for generic ones. LOOOOT! AWARE

Very disappointing. My two rings were meant to be resized and instead I had one given back to me with the band cut and pushed together to make it fit. The cut piece is sharp. The second ring had the opal broken and replaced with a cheap stone which had been painted over and called an opal. When I said this has just been painted over I had been told "when the paint comes off it will be an opal." These rings were given to me from my parents before I left the country. They were both devastated when told.

As soon as I walked in I was treated as though I had no knowledge of buy gold. I have being buying gold on the main street market for 5 years and I have never seen such terrible customer service as A Class Fancy Jewellers. Although of their terrible customer service I decided to buy a 22K gold ring. After 3 months the ring started to fade in colour. I took the ring to reputable jeweller at Oakridge Centre and had learned that the ring was of 18K with 22K gold plating. I have never seen such frauds in my life, these people exploited my trust and my money. I will not being coming to this store again and request others to do the same.

Purchased a ring with a Red Ruby for my wife as an anniversary gift. Ring Broken when she try to remove it after a week. Very poor craftsmanship. Went back to the store. She agree to exchange it for a another ring. But she doesn’t have good selection. We wanted the money back but she refused. So we picked one as we don’t have any choice. She refused to pay the balance cash as she wanted us to pick more jewelry for the rest. So we picked one more and asked us to pay extra $100. We have no choice and paid the money. After one month my wife noticed that ring discolouration. We took it to another jewellery store and checked the ring. We found out that it is a gold plated metal ring as it sticks to the magnet. We went back the store talk to the same lady. No question asked she agree to change it. She didn’t have many choice to pick. Again she refused to refund the money. Finally we picked one even though we didn’t like the ring again this time she want more money. $138 this time. I firmly refused. After long arguments and talking back and forth she let us go without charging. We went back to another jewellery shop and tested it. It was a ten karat gold worth only about $200 max. We went home took all the jewelleries that we bought from her, went back to the shop. This time we demanded the money back. She refused to return the money and offered the 22k stamped ring. My wife refused to except and demand for the money back. It was in vain. We took the ring which is bit smaller. We are looking forward to file a complaint against her. She is a real fraudulent. I don’t know how she stay in business.

THEIF THEIF THEIF! I bought a necklace for my wife for $1,500 and was told it was 22K. Later, I had it appraised and learned that it was 18K worth about half that price!
