★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into Hi-Class Jewellers looking for an engagement ring yet I had no clue what to look for. I was politely greeted and had a staff member attentively assist me and give me his full attention while I was only browsing. He showed me a wide array of rings and answered every one of my questions fully. There was no pressure, even mentioned that he could offer me a deal when and if I decided to come back. I wandered into many jewellers that day but did not have the same great vibe or feel as valued.
So I came back a few days later ready to buy, and they were more than happy to pull out all the trays for me to have a look again. I finally selected one and was given an excellent price, but in the few days I had, I learnt that I'd also need a wedding band, I mentioned this and they showed me an accompanying piece and at an even better price. I asked about resizing and they told me just to come back with my fiancee.
Long review short, I am engaged, the ring fits my fiancee and she loves it so much that she went there to buy my wedding band. Thanks!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No zero option so I had to go with 1 star. Honestly the lady at the front Is so unprofessional. When they know you're only there to shop & not actually buy something, because they usually don't have anything good, they don't care to give you good customer service. A family was there once & so was I & they didn't acknowledge me at all & everyone was focusing on the family because they were buying a lot of jewelry. Word of advice, TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME! Haven't gone back since, rather go to the other jeweller stores near there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited so many times here to buy jewellery for me and family members, the way staff treats you is so so commendable and appreciated. They help you find best and good quality design according to your budget. Going here since 2017, not a single complaint in quality of jewellery and everyone loved the designs.
Prices are so genuine out of all market jewellers, ofcourse we go to others place to check on price but I found them to be the most reliable jewellers in our Main street market.

It was a duplicate of a heart pendant which is very special to me. I wanted it made in gold. In the picture, the original is on the right and the beautiful work they did on the left. They worked very closely with me throughout the entire process to ensure it was exactly as I wanted. They were very thorough in their communication and checked in with me throughout each process before jumping ahead without my approval. It turned out perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The staff there has always been fair, courteous and greeted me and my family with a smile. I would highly recommend trusting Hi-Class and going here for any custom pieces or a nice, quality piece of 22K gold. Thank you Hi-Class for the exquisite work and service.

Gulu was the associate I worked with and he not only provided personalized and timely service, he also provided me with expertise advice, bouncing ideas off of me to come up with a unique ring that we will treasure for generations. We were interested in a gemstone sapphire ring and despite not having anything in stock, Gulu found me the perfect stone from the USA, truly going above and beyond. I can fully endorse the quality of the product and the people of HC jewelry.

I love visiting HC jewellers regularly ? . Staff here are so unassuming, humble and kind. They have this huge smile on there face everytime.
