I dropped off my clock for repair Thanksgiving weekend. They said 2 weeks. They gave me all kinds of excuses as to why it wasn't ready ( wrong parts, waiting for parts). Then it was ready and I went to pick it up and they said it wasn't ready. I called for months and all I got were excuses. It's been 6 months now and I still don't have my clock. I don't think I'll ever see it again. Do Not Use This Company.

I will delete it once I get my watch back. ?Please give back my Rado watch… you’ve had it since March 2021. My grandmother gave it to my mother's 16th birthday, and it means a lot. The glass photo was from our last chat in Sept 2021 you sent via text.

Peculiar business, unreliable hours and communication, suspect technical ability is limited. First impression was that it might be an eccentric but competent operation. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Wrong decision. I left 2 watches for battery changes, clear communication that they would be ready for me to pick up the next day. Never heard from them. Tried for 8 hours (!) to make contact, including going to the building but it appeared nobody was home -- the business is run out of an unmarked apartment. There was no way of leaving phone message (I tried 15 times over the 8 hours) and, no useful response to email. Finally at 8 pm I went back as I needed to catch a ferry. Was able to make contact through a ground floor window. They gave an impressive scope of bizarre excuses for their extremely poor business practices. Other reviews also mention weird "explanations". With some persuasion I was able to ransom my watches (without new batteries) through the window. Next step would have been police. Caveat emptor.

Because we are in the age of; "if it's broke, discard, buy new"- Refreshing to meet a craftsman; artist and craftsmen. My journey to get things working...(2 timepieces and an electronic Lighter) IT Was becoming tedious to change a simple watch or equivalent- battery, even more difficult to find someone with a steady hand for delicate procedures, to complete task. My three family treasures, were easily, figured by Mahomed. PLUS, waiting while he worked; was interesting and entertaining. My initial phone call ended with: "Anything can be fixed"-unquote.

I brought a watch to this individual, initially just to have a battery change, service and clean up, he proceeds to tell me not to waste my money on it, it’s not worth the cost, I proceeded to inform him it was passed on to me from my father and it does have value to me, I then asked if he could fix the bezel which had come he β€˜sure’ he can fix anything, great I said. He quoted me 180 to 200 for the complete job and said don’t call him for 4 months β€˜I’m very busy’ 1 month goes by I call him β€˜oh he will look for my watch’ and call me back, he calls me back the watch is ready, great news. I then call back to arrange a pick up and he says the watch is not working he needs to change the battery, I make arrangements to pick it up this morning at 8:10 and he’s not here. This guy is the most flighty unreliable and dishonest person I have dealt with EVER, DO NOT BRING IN ANYTHING TO THIS GUY .

After waiting 3 months he gave back my Rolex in a baggie of parts . When I went to other Rolex repair places. They all said he is a butcher and would not even look at my Rolex parts after he worked on it. They all said the watch was garbage now. One Rolex professional looked at my bag of parts and said half the parts in my baggie were not from my watch. And most of the other parts were damaged on removal. He said my watch was β€œtoast β€œ. I would strongly recommend not using this butcher. He does not deliver what he promises. Al

He has has my antique watch for over 6 months. Now says he won't or can't repair it and if I want it back I must pay for repairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Added Feb 8, 2022. I have finally been able to retrieve my watch...un-repaired and in pieces, with the side of the casement sawed open! Much of it missing. It took a police presence and $150 to get it back.
