Their logistics are very efficient and punctual - you can tell the business has been flushed out and operate on a very smooth system. They take very good care of their decor. A&B Rentals is truly the most reliable rental place for all of your basic decor needs.

I had to make a swap on the day of the party from large platters to large bowls. Although it was the end of their workday, they were quick to accommodate me and get the switch made. The party went great. I suspected that I'd over-ordered some items (like cutlery), so I put one of the 12 packs of forks and 12 packs of knives in a kitchen cabinet so that they'd be close at hand if I needed them, but not taking up valuable table space if I didn't. In the end I didn't need them but I forgot all about them when I returned everything! I received a very polite and diplomatic email about the missing cutlery and was embarrassed to realize my error. I returned the 24 pieces immediately and they were very good about it. This was my second time using A&B and I'd use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them! It appears to be a very well-oiled machine and the people are very pleasant and helpful.

Any time we plan a community event we always rent from here its a affordable and for a extra charge they will clean the bbq for you. They have a great selection to rent from.
