★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A COMPANY THAT WILL VALUE YOUR BUSINESS! I booked an appointment this morning to get my drain cleaned out. Service tech was supposed to show up between 17:00 & 19:00. 19:00 comes and I haven't had any communication from AA Clean Line. I get ready to leave the house & see the service tech on my way out the door at 19:15. He was very polite when I told him that I couldn't wait any longer & I'd have to reschedule. 5 minutes later, while driving, I received a call from AA Clean Line's office. The woman was rude, disrespectful & proceeded to berate me before she hung up on me. She seemed to think that her time was much more valuable than mine. This woman should not be dealing with the public if they want to stay in business. IF YOU CAN'T KEEP AN APPOINTMENT TIME, DON'T EXPECT YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO WAIT AROUND!
