Craig was fantastic. Having your basement flood is horrible, but he made me feel it would be ok. Hard working and a better person. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Found an unexpected leak in our kitchen going down to our basement yesterday. I called 911 restoration and their staff showed up almost immediately. The person who showed up was very professional and very reassuring during a high stress situation. He was diligent and very thorough. He gave me a great book with all the information I would need as well as my insurance, as well as explaining the insurance process to us which was great because I have no experience with that type of claim. He treated our home with respect. Overall I feel like we had the best service possible considering the chaos of out kitchen. I definitely recommend this company!

I am posting this review on behalf of my friend Bonnie: I have never written a review before but when you come across exceptional customer service, you want to make sure people know about it. Let me preface this review by telling you what brought me to 911 Restoration. I had discovered some black mold in the basement of my house as well as on the washroom wall behind the toilet. I had initially called another 5 Star review company whose advice to me was basically buy a disinfecting product, some protective gear and I could clean it myself. I sent them two followup messages telling them that I didn’t feel comfortable cleaning it myself and asked them if they could help me out. I never heard back from them. After waiting a couple of days for a response but not receiving one, I called 911 Restoration Calgary and spoke with Tanner. I explained my situation to him and he said he would be happy to come out and do an inspection. Once it was completed, he told me that it wasn’t really that bad. He gave me the option of walking me through how to clean it myself or if I preferred, he could make arrangements to have his team onsite to do it for me. Of course, I chose the latter. During his initial visit, he was extremely attentive and answered any questions that I had without making me feel like I was wasting his time. The next day he gave me a quote (which was way less than I was expecting) and said he would send out his crew. True to his word his team showed up, cleaned all the mold as well as my carpet and then returned the following day to do a walk through and make sure I was completely satisfied. This whole process took less than a week and the entire crew was absolutely amazing to deal with - from their professionalism to their impeccable customer service. As I’m sure you can tell from this review, I would not hesitate for one second to call upon this company again. So to Tanner and team, you have my deepest gratitude!!!

After a busy, hot, Canada day, we went down to our basement to cool down, only to find our outside water tap had leaked. Causing the carpet to be soaked,the last thing we needed on a holiday Monday! We called a few different places on Google, but found 911 to be the most informative and could be at our house with in the hour, great! Alex showed up in under an hour and put all our worries at ease. He was very friendly, and helpful, you'd never know it was plus 30 degrees outside, it didn't bother him, he got right to setting up all the equipment, and had everything taken care of in a short time. Because of 911 Restoration my basement was saved and back to normal in no time. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of help. I even had some questions after the work was done, and Merv, was quick to call back in less then 5 minutes. Thanks guys!

911 Restoration were top quality from the first phone call. Very professional, which was reassuring in a stressful situation. The project manager was at my place within an hour of my call and his team started the work 2 hours later. Adrian and Alex went above and beyond, making multiple trips to make sure the job was done to their high standards. I recommend 911 Restoration as a first choice. I hope I never need to use restoration services again but if I do, there will be no hesitation on to call.

Our water heater in our house failed and flooded our main floor which caused water damage to our basement ceiling. 911 Restoration responded quickly to our panic call and came by to assess the damage the same day. The team was professional, friendly, and skilled. Ray led the team and he was really good about explaining to me where the damage was and how they were going to fix it. There was no lag in time and the water damage was fixed with no evidence that it existed. I would recommend using 911 Restoration!

I experienced a sewage backup on an early Sunday morning while I was sleeping. I called 911 restoration, and they arrived promptly to the rescue. They did an excellent job with the cleanup, provided friendly service, and assisted with the insurance process along the way. 5 stars ?

The team at 911 Restoration of Calgary is friendly, professional, quick to respond, and did a great job. After we reached out to them to inquire about a job, they came and did an inspection right away which was quick and efficient, and then came in the next day to fix the issue we had. The guy that came in also did an awesome job explaining exactly what the issue was, what he did to resolve it, and what we could do to maintain it. Highly recommend this company!
