★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service - I called to get a price on some brakes since they are right around the corner from me. The business is under new management and it was much better before when they actually cared about their customers. They are rude when they answer the phone, high markup on parts and not willing to negotiate and not very knowledgeable or able to offer any kind of advice.
I will not be going back to this parts store when there are so many different options available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a cooling fan relay for an accord, was told in their catologue it’s called a blower motor relay, put it in and the issue still occurs… they provided the wrong relay and said it is correct and final sale… After putting in the relay from Honda, issue is not there and has been fixed… wasted $30 dollars for them to provide an incorrect relay… Not coming back.
