DO NOT BUY FLOWERS HERE.....zero customer service, I waited for 5mins before I was acknowledged as they were too busy laughing and joking with other customers in their native tongue. When asked how much the flowers were he had to ask another guy in Tamil (I believe) and it was double the price I paid the last time. How rude to talk behind my back in front of my face in another language before they made up a price for me. I walked out...

We ordered a garland (mala) from this florist a full week before the event, requesting a 3pm pickup. The garland was not ready at the time promised, which though not professional can happen, we understand - but it was late by a full 1 hour 45 minutes! And that is not all. Mr Babu was rude and obnoxious. "Come back at 4pm" he says. When we returned, the store was locked! Took us another 10 minutes to have him finally let us back in. "Take your deposit back!" That's what he says. After much pleading, he had it ready at 4:45. This florist is unprofessional, rude and obnoxious. The experience, horribly unpleasant. I will never do business with this florist again, had no choice though as our event in Richmond Hill started at 5pm. **Do yourself a favour, find a another florist**

We went there to order the garlands, Sehra and bridal flower jewellery for 3 occasion. It was a pretty big order but the way we were treated is totally unacceptable. There were 3 people in store at the time to help the customers but they were helping out everybody else then us. They were being so rude and obnoxious . In the end we decided not to go with them because we had enough of the rudeness and sarcastic remarks from them. Don't waste your time and money. They don't even know the abc's of customer service. This is Canada, you need to give the equal customer service to everyone not just your own community who speaks with you in your language.

I called in this morning to place an order for Jasmines. I spoke to the lady on the phone who refused to tell me how much the total cost would be for a box of flowers over the phone. Completely silly and not business worthy. I asked her how can someone place an order if they don’t know how much they will be paying and she claims her β€œboss” advised her never to share pricing by phone. She told me that when I would come pick up the flowers they wouldn’t charge me anything more than their actual prices ..question for her (1) how do I know u didnt charge more if u refuse to quote me a price for an order ? (2) why do u have a business phone if u are not able to give reasonable customer service? . I would hate to rate a business with poor service but this was utter nonsense. Very disappointed ! ??

One of the most rude, and inappropriate service ever!! We have given them 100s of dollars of business in the past during my engagement, but my mom and aunt went in, and waited for over 30mins to be served. The 3 people working there were all SO RUDE! They wouldn't pay them any attention and wouldn't answer questions or show them any product. We came to place soo many orders but he kept ignoring us. Many other customers and families came AFTER us, but he pretended we were not there and gave them all service because they were Tamil. FOR THE RECORD! I am NOT one to ever use the racist card here, but i have never felt so racially discriminated in Canada until now. My mother wears a hijab, clearly we did not belong to his culture, and did not speak Tamil. He couldn't make it more obvious that we were not accepted. It came to the point that after waiting over 30-45 mins, we ended up leaving without placing any orders because he never gave us any service. They are rude and not worthy to run a business if they don't learn customer service! I am thoroughly disappointed, and we ended up having to travel elsewhere to find a florist that has some manners and appreciates every individual, despite their race or religion.

I had gone to this florist to get a garland for a function i was having. I had gone in at least a week ahead of time, and while I was there placing my order, I noticed that the order of the person in front of me wasn't completely ready. I was a little concerned but I gave him the benefit of doubt. I ordered my garland at least a week before my event and emphasized the fact that my guests were punctual and that I needed it to be ready by 3. I went there on time and it wasn't ready, we understand that this can happen, even to professionals, but the owner was rude about it. First he offered us a 10% discount when we got back he didn't even honour the discount he promised. We finally got it 2 hours late!!! by then the guests had already arrived. Bottom line: Save your money and your time, find a better florist; preferabley one with manners!
