★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here many times and had mostly alright experiences. Today there was a girl working the cashier who rudely took over cashing me out after I asked for taquitos (which were apparently just put on so were gonna take 15 mins although I’ve had them made in 5 when they weren’t out yet, but I’m not upset about that). I do question why she was handling food without a mask while her co-worker was masked up. She then proceeded to glare at me while being incredibly rude finishing my transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed in the customer service at this location. Girl working on 8 Nov around 11:50pm was terrible and rude.
Please hire someone who got some basic customer service skills, we have enough people looking for a job in Vancouver who can give way better service than her.
The guy working with her was nice and helped me out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EVERY TIME I order from here they give me the wrong energy drink. These are expensive and they dont even read the order, Ive wasted money ordering Door Dash from here 3 times. Its 5 dollars every time. Super frustrating and a waste of time and sanity .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I experienced terrible customer service from the lady who works the graveyard shift here. We asked for meatballs to redeem our points but she would not cook it without even giving us a reason. Might as well remove your meatballs off the menu. Such a lazy and uneducated lady. Do not recommend this 7/11.

Staff is horrible, not friendly, and dont know how to hang prices on things properly, and wouldnt give me a refund even though i never took the product out of the store, worst experience ive ever had and never going and telling everyone i know to never shop at 711 again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever order skip the dishes from here!!! Almost everytime I order there's something missing. And don't expect to be answered when you call to let them know that yet again they messed up. I know they wouldn't do anything but I wanted to let them know this has happened numerous times. They pretty much made me right this review. Do better!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst pizza, chicken wings, and ok chicken taquitos. i also ordered hot cheese nachos via uber eats from here and they gave me pre packaged Tostitos instead! Uber refunded me my money. chicken and pizza is borderline spoiled.
