β β β β β If it was possible to give no stars I would. If you want to pay over $2000/month for a cockroach infested apartment. With 6 total washers and dryers for the whole building (if half arenβt out of order.) With property managers that make you feel stupid for asking for help. Than this is the place for you. Donβt bother trying to email the company about your issues, they claim 24 hour response but itβs been 8 business days and all I got was an automated email.

β β β β β I'm currently a tenant in this building the management and staff are not serious they always say they are busy when I ask for basic things, Elevators are always broken, cars are always Parking in the front entrance area ( no Parking zone)

β β β β β This is a terrible building. My family has been living here for several years. There have been cockroaches and everything is constantly broken with the building owners refusing to invest in fixing things. The parking garage doors were broken for so long, people had no way to get in or out of the garage. When we parked right outside the building as a result, the managers called the police to hand out tickets. Weβve also had our things stolen. Honestly I could go on, but the takeaway is just donβt live here if you can avoid it!

β β β β β This place has potential but is absolutely brutal in terms of management. I've lived here for almost 5 years now. The elevators are constantly broken, not fixed in a timely fashion at all, and not replaced. It is a battle to get basic maintenance done, and they argue when you request it. When maintenance projects are started they often take months to complete. Property manager does not return phone calls. I have had to report them to the city in past as heat was off for 6 weeks. Tenants are treated like an income source and an inconvenience.
