★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here for less than 6 months, so many health issues the landlords were forced to let let me out of a 1 year lease.
This building has a serious problem with Black mould due to broken water pipes. Every time the people above my unit flushed a toilet, turned on the kitchen sink or took a shower GALLONS of water would pour through every vent in my ceiling. NOT WORTH THE RENT

A older white man showed us the apartment unsure his name , I was impressed with the apartment until I requested a rental application and the older man who gave us the viewing left rude unnecessary comments about me saying he didn't like me . I Didn't bother with the rental application ...
