★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to exercise, I.e. Running or biking. Unpaved so a little less impact on your joints. Be careful as certain places where water runs off will create cracks that you could twist an ankle on. During the winter it will be snow covered, it is not plowed but could still be useable.
