They will charge you an additional $40 for this service ON TOP of the fee for the paint night. I would not recommend 4 cats in Burlington for this reason alone. $75+++ is a little pricey for paint your own. Further when my friend who brought THREE other people with her asked if they would honour a $5 coupon from their Oakville location they refused! She brought them $75 worth of business and they can't throw her $5??? Do Not Recommend.

My children did the dragon workshop and they absolutely loved the experience! This particular location also stands out as the 4Cats Team here is very accommodating and flexible... thank you guys! We are so certainly coming back for more!
D	Davida Stafford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've previously had some great experiences at 4Cats at various locations but I would recommend staying away from the Burlington location. They will only take registration and payment on-line, but they will not answer their phone to answer questions about registration. They said, "With Fall classes in session and getting ready for this new reality, we cannot facilitate phone calls as we are all hands on deck." I can understand not having enough staff to answer the phone due to Covid, but then I would expect some flexibility to a "no refunds" policy since we couldn't talk to anyone prior to registering. I registered paying the full fee of $270 for 10 art classes for my daughter, knowing she would only be able to attend half the classes. They then told me via email, the next day, that they could not accommodate her missing every second class. So I kindly requested a refund and they are refusing even though we addressed this issue the very next day after we paid on-line. I can see from enrollment info on-line that the class is not full, they have lots of vacant spots throughout their schedule - yet they couldn't find a way to enable my daughter to participate, nor will they return my $270. Not a very strategic way to keep a previously loyal customer. Update: I disputed the transaction via my credit card and after investigating the transaction they refunded the $270 to my card. Grateful to PC Financial for their help :). I would recommend Art for Life 4 Kids - they welcomed our daughter into a class and our daughter loves it.

Savannah was organized and made sure everyone were on the right track with their craft. Leading up the to event, I had a bunch of staggering questions via email. Staff were quick to respond. Amazing service. Thank you!
