★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are from Alberta and are staying on the Island for a couple of months. We are really enjoying this fantastic supermarket and are finding the prices comparable to home. It is a well appointed store in a small community. It even has underground parking for those who don't want to battle the elements(rain) while getting their groceries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A surprisingly 'big city' grocery store for the comparatively tiny town it lives in. Huge, well-maintained building, wide variety of products, friendly and helpful staff, and decent prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy something and was given change of a $10 bill and 2 Twoonies I asked for 2 $5 bills for the $10 as I was going to a kids fund raiser at the school and needed smaller bills. Older lady with British accent said “no” I only have enough until I close at 5. I didn’t know what that means so asked again. She said “no I can’t do it”. I’ve never in my life been told I can’t have change for a ten. I like shopping local but will not go here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok i really like the store. However we moved here in Nov 2021 and I have yet to be able to find chocolate ice cream. For some reason maybe they are selling it all same day or they don't order enough. Please order more Chapman's Chocolate Ice Cream not the yogurt one the real ice cream. As an aside if you brought in Avalon Chocolate ice cream now that would be perfect!!

There's a new girl in the bakery that is very helpful she goes above and beyond! and always keeps the cabinet full of delicious goods to choose from, thanks Sharon or Shannon???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Person at the deli didn't seem overly happy about having to make me a sandwich. I tried to be cheerful and positive, but they didn't seem to enjoy making my sandwich. I couldn't even eat it, it felt wrong. My intention was not to spoil their day, but I felt like I was. I hope the employee has a better day.
