★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are less than friendly and none can give a consistent answer to price matching or coupon use. Everyone has a different understanding it a complete joke.
Produce is pitiful at best. Shelf are always under stocked.
Superstore, Walmart and Safeway near by are far better to shop at than this zero service No Frills

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the Superstore doesn't give the $25 - $30 bonus in points for your purchases I get as much of my groceries as I can at No Frills because sometimes the freebie bonus item is a box of sugar in candy or cereal form and with some very fragrant items as well. I have a lot of allergies so smells really bother me. It's too bad you can't opt for points if you can't or don't use the "free item".
Customer service is great and they have the same products as Superstore. It's usually a lot faster at check out as well. They have their shelves well stocked and very fresh produce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shawn : stock your shelves. Always empty and bare. Tired of shopping only to get half the stuff. Wal-Mart is a two min walk away as is Safeway and the shelf are full.
And some of your staff need customer service training ....arrogant, snotty and condescending aren't great traits for front line staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were closing at six, and the lady at the door was a bit less than polite in not letting me in at 5:55... I don't like walmart, but they were also closing and they at least let me run inside, grab the two cans of cranberry sauce and pay... no drama, not un-politeness, no delay for them either... it's not what you say, is how you say it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It'd your typical grocery store!! I love the fact they have sales on meat especially pork tenderloin cashiers are always friendly I have not come across a bad one. The manager is amazing gets things done when you have a complaint. Store is always clean and free of clutter. Sorry no photos to share.
